use standard_temp_file in another caching proc
In an earlier patch I forgot to change the caching proc in cell.exp to use standard_temp_file. This fixes the oversight. Tested on x86-64 Fedora 18. * lib/cell.exp (skip_cell_tests): Use standard_temp_file.
