* elf32-ppc.c (ppc_elf_check_relocs): Set PLT_IFUNC in local got

Browse Source 
masks for all local ifunc syms.
	(allocate_dynrelocs): Don't use htab->relgot for ifunc.
	(ppc_elf_size_dynamic_sections): Likewise.
	(ppc_elf_relocate_section): Likewise.
