* symtab.h: Include "gdb_obstack.h" instead of "obstack.h".
(obstack_chunk_alloc, obstack_chunk_free): Delete macros.
* objfiles.h: Include "gdb_obstack.h".
* Makefile.in (gdb_obstack_h): Define.
(symtab_h): Add $(gdb_obstack_h).
(objfiles_h): Add $(gdb_obstack_h).

* macrotab.c, cp-valprint.c, dbxread.c: Ditto.

* Makefile.in (bcache.o): Update dependencies.
