gdb: make two objfile functions return bool

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* objfiles.h (is_addr_in_objfile,
	shared_objfile_contains_address_p): Return bool.
	* objfile.c (is_addr_in_objfile,
	shared_objfile_contains_address_p): Return bool.
