fix example usage of xMessageBufferCreateStatic and xStreamBufferCrea… (#380)

Browse Source 
Example usage is actually correct, so remove the -1. but update
the incorrect parameter description for pucStreamBufferStorageArea
and pucMessageBufferStorageArea.
