- when downloading an unavailable video -> use cached versions if available, write info file to download location, set cache priority to `VIP` & show descriptive error message
- fix/reduce lag when adding downloaded track to local library
- fix ocasional tripled download tasks
- improve info obtaining by merging all possible infos available
