Notes/limitations:
- test that require hilt should use RobolectricHiltAndroidRule
- testing code can't trigger native library loading (robolectric will crash)
- API calls are not supported (native library loading is involved in core)
- by default tests won't initialize ProtonApplication (use @Config(application = ) to override)
- tests will use unconfined test scope for delegating work (replace TestScopeAppModule for test to override that)
