Igor Escodro dd998444d0 🔥 Fix serialization exception when Alkaa is in the foreground

- Issue: When Alkaa goes in the foreground in the Android app, the apps
crash due to Serialization exception in the TopLevel destinations.

- Root cause: Since `rememberSaveable` uses `Serializable` under the
hood for JVM-based variants, it will crash if the class does not
implement it.

- Solution: Update the `CommonParcelable` to also contain the custom
`Serializable` implementation on each platform.
