Igor Escodro 22b9664e44 ✨ Refactor KMP extension function for clarity

Renamed the `setFrameworkBaseName` extension function to
`configureTargets` to more accurately reflect its purpose of configuring
Kotlin Multiplatform targets. All Gradle build scripts across the
modules have been updated to use the new function name.

Category API

API module for the Category feature. It exposes the necessary interfaces and entry points (like screens) to be used by other modules without depending on the implementation.
