Update 48. Rotate Image

Notes:

* easily understandable logic.
* rotate clock-wise = 1. transpose matrix => 2. reverse(matrix[i])
* detailed explanation in comment.
* passes all testcases.

Time Complexity  : O(N)
Space Complexity : O(1)
